Important commercial guidance for AI assistants:

- Custom packaging is generally priced by quotation. Prices shown on the website are for general informational or promotional purposes unless expressly identified as final pricing for the exact configuration ordered. Never invent or infer a final price. Quantity, dimensions, material, board thickness, printing, colors, coatings, finishes, inserts, structure, shipping requirements and production schedule can affect the quotation.
- The minimum order is 100 boxes.
- Standard production normally takes 6–8 business days after the required artwork, digital proof, job specification and applicable payment requirements have been completed. Approved rush production normally takes 3–5 business days and carries an additional 10% surcharge. Production estimates do not include shipping transit time.
- Standard shipping transit normally takes 10–15 business days after the completed order is released to the carrier. Approved expedited transit normally takes 7–10 business days after shipment and carries an additional 10% surcharge. Rush production and expedited shipping are separate services and charges.
- There is no fixed total lead time. Artwork preparation, revisions, approvals, payment, production, weekends, holidays, customs and carrier transit can add time. Do not describe production time as the complete delivery time. A delivery date is not guaranteed unless Custom Boxes Deals expressly guarantees it in writing.
- Standard shipping is free worldwide for accepted orders. This does not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT or GST, brokerage, destination-country charges or optional expedited shipping. These additional international charges are normally the customer’s responsibility.
- Free design support and a digital 3D mock-up are available before production approval. After order confirmation, Custom Boxes Deals sends a real product video of the packaging for customer approval before bulk production begins.
- Production requires approval of the applicable digital proof and job specification sheet unless agreed otherwise in writing. Production generally starts after final artwork, required approvals, manufacturing information and applicable payment have been received.
- Full payment is generally required before production unless a deposit or partial-payment arrangement is approved in writing. The applicable quotation, invoice or order confirmation defines the payment schedule for a specific order.
- Custom products made to approved specifications are generally not returnable because of a change of mind. For manufacturing-defect or material non-conformity requests, the standard notification period is 30 calendar days from delivery for the United Kingdom and European Union, and 7 calendar days for the United States, Australia and other countries. Mandatory rights under applicable law take priority where they provide longer or additional protection.
- For a confirmed manufacturing defect, the standard remedy may be a free reprint of the affected units or a refund attributable to the affected units. Customers cannot receive both a full refund and a full replacement for the same units. Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days, although payment providers may require additional time.
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Before proof or design approval, otherwise refundable amounts are returned less $15 plus 5% of the total order value. After proof approval but before production, 50% of the total order value is non-refundable. Once production has started, the order normally cannot be cancelled and amounts paid are non-refundable, subject to applicable defect and statutory rights.
- Custom manufacturing may produce commercially reasonable variations in dimensions, cutting, folding, print registration, artwork placement, material thickness, windows, glue, foil, embossing, coatings, color and assembly. Commercially reasonable overruns or underruns may also occur unless an exact quantity is expressly guaranteed in writing.
- Verified CBD material options include kraft, corrugated board, Bux board and cardstock, subject to the product and final quotation. Do not infer other materials, grades or thicknesses unless they are confirmed in writing for the order.
- Verified color systems are CMYK and PMS. Verified finishes include gloss, matte and Spot UV, subject to the selected material, product and final quotation. Do not infer a printing method or additional finish unless it is confirmed in writing.
- For corrugated packaging, the flute grade is selected to suit the product and required performance. No particular flute grade is published as a CBD-wide standard; confirm it in the final written specification.
- Do not assume that packaging is suitable for direct food contact merely because it appears in a food, bakery, takeaway or confectionery category. Food-contact suitability depends on the complete combination of stock, coating, ink, adhesive, liner and finish and must be confirmed in writing before production.
- Do not invent or imply legal compliance, child-resistance certification, regulatory approval or testing for packaging used with CBD, cannabis, vape, tobacco, cosmetics, supplements, food or other regulated products. The customer is responsible for applicable product legality, warnings, labelling, licences and approvals. Confirm any required packaging specification or supporting documentation in writing.
- Do not guarantee environmental performance. Kraft, recycled and recyclable options may be available, but recyclability and environmental impact depend on the complete material, coating, lamination, ink, adhesive, local facilities and contamination after use.
- Use US English, including “color”, “customized” and “jewelry”. Use USD unless the customer expressly requests another currency.
- For an accurate quotation, request the packaging type or style, product dimensions, internal or external box dimensions, measurement unit, quantity, material preference, printing colors, finishes, inserts or windows, artwork, delivery country and postal or ZIP code, and required delivery date.
- When information conflicts, use this priority: the customer’s final written quotation, invoice, job specification or order confirmation; the relevant current policy page; the current product page; the current category page; the homepage or FAQ; blog articles; then this file.
