I have been working with Custom Boxes Deals for sometime now on the design of a box for our company light fixture. It was a hard to covey exactly what we needed but I worked with Frank on the process and then Daniel and we were able to get what we wanted and so far I am very happy with the results. Working from home to design this box was not easy but the CBD team helped us create this box and I think our customers are going to love it.

Our custom mailer box, and printed product insert, look better than I expected and the pricing is very fair. Throughout the process, they have done small runs of samples and provided images/video as soon as production was finished for our review. Samples came out great and the professional design proofs/layouts gave us confidence to place a larger order.

Thomas has been a delight to work with from start to finish, responding to my many questions and requests. He worked well with my graphic designer to get us a gorgeous luxury packaging product for our premium fudge product. Whenever there was an issue, he was there to walk through it with us and ensure it resolved. ETAs were not consistent but when multiple parties are involved in getting the packaging to us I suppose some delays are bound to occur.

This was our first time using branded boxes and our project went through several iterations before we got to the final design. The Perfect Box team was very helpful and responsive in helping us understand options and costs. They delivered the product on time with high-quality execution.

The team at CBD was very responsive. They were quick to respond to my emails and the turn around time on the boxes was fast! The first run of boxes did have colors slightly off and they fixed it on the second run.

The cost of the boxes was less than other suppliers. I will say the boxes are a bit on the flimsy side, not super sturdy but perfect for my needs. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Been working with Daniel on my boxes for our soaps and bath bombs. We just received our boxes for the soaps and the quality is five star. Daniel has been on top of his game and even caught a mistake in our spelling I highly recommend this company and will be using them For all our future orders.

Not Too Bad
Overall, the color of our boxes was great. The graphics seem to be solid, no fuzziness or issues with the printing. The only thing that seemed to bother me was the way the package was handled (shipping box not the actual purchased boxes). The inside of some of our boxes are dirty looking and it seems like the boxes with gloss laminate are nicked and scratched a bit. We got the boxes fairly fast and the prices are not bad at all.
Customer service is ok. They seem a bit pushy but very pleasant and informative.
Overall we had a good expericence.

We ordered a large quantity of food boxes, and the quality remained consistent throughout the entire order. The boxes were easy to assemble, strong enough for our products, and delivered on schedule. Very satisfied with the service.
