Overall, the color of our boxes was great. The graphics seem to be solid, no fuzziness or issues with the printing. The only thing that seemed to bother me was the way the package was handled (shipping box not the actual purchased boxes). The inside of some of our boxes are dirty looking and it seems like the boxes with gloss laminate are nicked and scratched a bit. We got the boxes fairly fast and the prices are not bad at all.
Customer service is ok. They seem a bit pushy but very pleasant and informative.
Overall we had a good expericence.

We purchased product boxes from this company. Their prices are low compared to many other custom box companies. The boxes are very high quality, and the colors are perfect. We ran into some problems with shipping, but Thomas was excellent at helping us resolve it and get our package!

This was my second order from CBD. The boxes are for a glass oval shaped candle vessel. I am amazed at how well the box fits with only sending measurements and photos. Thomas has been a delight to work with from start to finish, responding to my many questions and requests. He worked well with my graphic designer to get us a gorgeous luxury packaging product for our premium fudge product. Whenever there was an issue, he was there to walk through it with us and ensure it resolved. ETAs were not consistent but when multiple parties are involved in getting the packaging to us I suppose some delays are bound to occur.
