What Materials and Finishes Are Available?
Custom apparel boxes are made from cardboard, corrugated board, or rigid stock. Printing is full color CMYK, Pantone for exact brand colors, or unprinted. Finishes include matte and gloss lamination, Spot UV, embossing, and gold or silver foil.

- Send your product details, the quantity, the style you have in mind, and your artwork if you have it. We reply within one business day.
- We come back with the board, box style, print method, and finish we recommend, plus a price for the job.
- We prepare or check your artwork and dieline. There are no design fees, and you get a free 3D mockup so you can see the box before approving it.
- Nothing goes to production until you sign off the artwork.
- Before bulk production starts we send a video of your actual packaging. You are looking at the finished box rather than a render, while there is still time to change something.
- Standard production is 6 to 8 business days after final artwork approval. Rush production is 3 to 5 business days when approved, with a 10 percent surcharge. Time spent waiting on artwork or approval does not count as production time.
- Free standard shipping worldwide. Standard transit is 10 to 15 business days after production. Expedited transit is 7 to 10 business days for qualifying destinations, with a 10 percent surcharge.
Our minimum order is 100 units per design.
