Communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly supplier. My experience working with Thomas so far has been fantastic. Our custom mailer box, and printed product insert, look better than I expected and the pricing is very fair. Throughout the process, they have done small runs of samples and provided images/video as soon as production was finished for our review. I highly recommend CBD for the great quality and fair pricing. Frank was the representative that helped me with my order. He was extremely professional and timely. He made placing an order very convenient. I just placed my second order as the quality of the first order exceeded my expectations. I was previously using a different vendor but the packaging had glue marks and had blurry font. The packages I received from CBD was better than I imagined. The font was crisp and clear and the colors were vibrant.

Overall, the color of our boxes was great. The graphics seem to be solid, no fuzziness or issues with the printing. The only thing that seemed to bother me was the way the package was handled (shipping box not the actual purchased boxes). The inside of some of our boxes are dirty looking and it seems like the boxes with gloss laminate are nicked and scratched a bit. We got the boxes fairly fast and the prices are not bad at all.
Customer service is ok. They seem a bit pushy but very pleasant and informative.
Overall we had a good expericence.
