This is my second time ordering packaging through this company and I am throughly pleased. Every department involved was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

I ordered from Custom Boxes Deals after doing a bit of research online for printers who do packaging. Since then I've reordered from them 3X because everything went so smoothly. The quality was really nice and the staff easy to work with.

I'm a new company operating in the premium wine category that requires premium materials to showcase high-end brands. Because I'm a small business, many printers were not responsive to my needs, and offered timelines and prices that wouldn't work for me. David at Just Custom Boxes Deals was the only printer to come through for a very important project for me that will be a game changer for my company. No other competitor came close to meeting my deadlines and budget.

Thomas has been a delight to work with from start to finish, responding to my many questions and requests. He worked well with my graphic designer to get us a gorgeous luxury packaging product for our premium fudge product. Whenever there was an issue, he was there to walk through it with us and ensure it resolved. ETAs were not consistent but when multiple parties are involved in getting the packaging to us I suppose some delays are bound to occur.

I had less than four weeks to get 200 custom printed box to store bottles of maple syrup for a sales promotion. Leena handled every detail and went above and beyond to make sure the foam cutout fit the bottle dimensions PERFECTLY. The result exceeded my expectations and my sales team is thrilled with the result. Leena made me look like a hero and I'm supremely grateful.

Fast response to my emails/orders, production time is quick and I love that the shipping is included already in the cost. Not a 4 star only because of some minor production issues with dust, glue, and hanging chads. Customer service is on top of it with fast response and satisfied outcome.
