Custom Cosmetic Boxes

This is my second time ordering packaging through this company and I am throughly pleased. Every department involved was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

I ordered from Custom Boxes Deals after doing a bit of research online for printers who do packaging. Since then I've reordered from them 3X because everything went so smoothly. The quality was really nice and the staff easy to work with.

I had a great working experience with Thomas. He helped me all throughout the process, gave me different options, and have been patient with me. He responded to all my queries fast too. Highly recommended!

Super happy with our product!
We ordered custom dye cut ice cream cone sleeves.

Worked with "Daniel" super generic and initially a little skeptical- but company is legit. It arrived just 2 weeks after I ordered it. On time and great! Thank you Daniel and Team.

Great result: the boxes look really good and delivery was exceptionally fast. There was a little confusion about colors in the beginning but it all got resolved.

Had an excellent first impression of the company thanks to their customer care staff member, Frank, this evening.

Looking forward to using a company that cares for my future packaging needs.

Thomas has been a delight to work with from start to finish, responding to my many questions and requests. He worked well with my graphic designer to get us a gorgeous luxury packaging product for our premium fudge product. Whenever there was an issue, he was there to walk through it with us and ensure it resolved. ETAs were not consistent but when multiple parties are involved in getting the packaging to us I suppose some delays are bound to occur.

I had less than four weeks to get 200 custom printed box to store bottles of maple syrup for a sales promotion. Leena handled every detail and went above and beyond to make sure the foam cutout fit the bottle dimensions PERFECTLY. The result exceeded my expectations and my sales team is thrilled with the result. Leena made me look like a hero and I'm supremely grateful.

Amazing quality and beautiful finishing. The box structure is strong, the artwork is printed perfectly, and every detail looks carefully done. The final product has a premium appearance and feels much better than a standard sample.

I was so pleased with the service from CBD. The price for my display boxes was very reasonable, and they made them exactly how I asked. They kept in contact with me about everything that was taken place which assured me that I wasn't being scammed, especially since my order was placed by phone. I totally look forward to doing business with Custom Boxes Deals again. I was VERY PLEASED. I'd like to say thank you again for the wonderful display boxes. And for having them arrivine on my birthday.

The entire team at Custom Boxes Deals have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only were they by far the most competitively priced, but they were professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. And the results have been great, I am really chuffed.

Thanks to everyone at Custom Boxes Deals. I will be back for more orders.

I have worked with Custom Boxes Deals on multiple projects now and I am always so impressed by the quality and customer service. They are so responsive and have met every single deadline I have given them and even go above and beyond in keeping me updated on production. Will continue to use them for a variety of my packaging needs!

Excellent customer service and products.
From my initial enquiry, right up to the delivered product Thomas kept me up to date all along the way.
I knew I was dealing with professionals!

The ordering was easy and even though it was a custom product I had a proof within days. The final product arrived right on schedule.

I will definitely be ordering again soon.

Thank you.

This was my first time working with Custom Boxes Deals and I could honestly say they went above and beyond. Thomas guided and helped me through the whole process. My cosmetic boxes came out amazing and I couldn’t be more happy with the final outcome.

I highly recommend this company. From concept to actualization, my project was handled professionally and to my specifics. I worked closely with Daniel and Frank who were kind and patient throughout the entire process. I had a tight deadline to meet and admittedly, I was skeptical and nervous as I had neither heard of or worked with Custom Boxes Deals. I reached out to my contemporaries to vet the company and found they hadn't worked with them either. I decided to take a chance, and it was worth it. Frank and Daniel helped facilitate a timely and complete order an d the products are beautiful.

Awesome customer service and 1 on 1 time to talk about my designs and making sure everything was perfect, Thomas and Daniel were able to make my idea into a reality and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Great packaging experience from start to finish. The boxes arrived with excellent build quality, clear artwork, and a beautiful finish. Everything matched the requirements perfectly, and the quality is impressive.

Custom Boxes Deals team helped take an idea and turned it into reality. I appreciate the design of my boxes and the effort they put in to make sure my homemade soaps look excellent! I look forward to future projects with them.

Really good service and product, got much guidance from them, and in the end the exact product my business needed

I found Custom Boxes Deals by accident, without any prior recommendation, and I was surprised by the experience. They have been very responsive, fast, and professional throughout the process. I would gladly recommend them.

We're so pleased with the quality of CBD's products and their customer service we've used them twice now. Frank expertise and patient guidance helped us find the perfect product for our needs. We are so grateful that he was able to work with us on bringing this vision into reality. And their quality assurance measures are top-notch! Frank made sure our order was perfect and that we received everything promptly without any damage or loss. This company values your business so much they follow up after just to see if things go well--such thoughtful attention deserves another five stars!

We were total nubies - having never ordered anything like this before. ( totally custom) Not only did they answer a million of our questions, but they were also so great throughout the process. Start to finish! We are so pleased with our items and recommend them highly.

These guys are awesome! Would definitely refer anyone to use these guys. A1 customer service and A1 product. Custom Boxes Deals is the best.!!

The packaging was carefully produced and delivered in excellent condition. I especially liked the attention to detail and the premium finish of the boxes. The customer support team was friendly and responded quickly whenever I contacted them.

I worked with Thomas and his responses were prompt and helpful! It only took a day to finish getting my design finalized and have my order on the way. Thomas was incredibly helpful and he even sent me tracking info and checked in to ensure they were delivered. The final product looks awesome and we will be returning!

The team at Custom Boxes Deals stayed in communication and followed up with detailed changes to my design needs. Final product was exactly what was agreed to and delivery was prompt. I would use them again without hesitation.

They were super easy to work with and quick to respond, and the boxes we got were extremely high quality.

The salespeople are SUPER pushy. We get emails every other day and a few calls about placing orders. They don't understand timelines.

Service was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly professional and could not have tried harder to meet my needs. The finished product was exactly what I had hoped for and all delivered at a very good price.

The team at Custom Boxes Deals were very helpful from the start of my project through the end. I will definitely be returning my business because of these individuals.

Very happy with the final boxes. The quality, printing, and finishing are all excellent. The packaging looks premium, feels durable, and matches the design perfectly. Great work and great results.

Daniel and Thomas were always very responsive and timely on feedback and edits. We needed a few boxes expedited to our marketing team for a photoshoot and they overnighted some packaging the next day. Very pleased with my experience.

The customer service was great to work with and they were quick to respond. The boxes were exactly what was promised and the design team did a really good job cleaning up the mock-up sent. I will be ordering from them again.

I had Custom Boxes Deals print my custom packaging. I worked specifically with Frank in terms of cost of quantities. I worked with Daniel when it came time for printing and proofing. Both were prompt, kind, and very professional.

The final printed/folded packaging is just what I designed and I am very pleased with the items. I've already ordered a second custom item.

Sometimes you read these reviews and you wonder if they are genuine. I assure you I'm very real and I'm very pleased with CBD. I give them my highest recommendation.

Excellent service, attention to detail, quality, and timely shipping! Will definitely hire them for future projects!

Custom Boxes Deals was an excellent decision. I went from not knowing what I wanted to go with to understanding all of my options and placing an order very quickly. The product arrived quickly and was exactly what I was looking for. Cannot recommend Custom Boxes Deals enough.

Excellent service from the company !

More than happy about the orders we made. We received it sooner and that was so helpful for us, we will certainly work with them again on a next project.

Thank you!

Helpful customer service with an agent that will help guide you through the ordering process start to finish. Box came out as specified I will be ordering again. The only place in the World to order boxes! Super fast turnaround, my Order came in less than two weeks! Amazing company.

We’ve been working with Custom Boxes Deals for a few months now, and the quality of their products is outstanding. Additionally, they are extremely fast and capable of delivering our boxes in record time. What stands out the most is their genuine care for our product, just as much as we do. They are proactive and always looking for ways to improve.

Yes! You can absolutely work in confidence with this company and specifically Frank. He and his team are patient, kind, and fair. Honestly, the best at keeping me posted on progress. So responsive. I plan on doing much more business with these awesome people. Thanks Frank!

My first experience with Custom Boxes Deals over Web chat has been great. At this early stage of enquiry he's been very helpful. Yet to receive the quotes and hoping the service continues to be this good through the design and ordering process.

Awesome packaging I must confess, the packs, the bags were of high quality and very attractive

Bought products from custom boxes deals many times and they have never let me down. Hamper boxes and twist handle carrier bags are great quality and great price. Customer service is excellent and very speedy in delivery. Highly recommended company.

This is my second order with Custom Boxes Deals and they never fail. Team is fantastic and always very patient making sure everything is 100% correct. Very professional and quick. They seem so to understand more logistics than others. If you need something done fast beautiful and correct, I highly recommend them.

Finally! Found a supplier that can supply pillar candle boxes. Great customer service and really appreciate the human touch on offering samples - really appreciated in this day and age! Look forward to working with Custom Boxes Deals in the future.

Custom Boxes Deals provided great service for my company on two different occasions. They delivered high-quality cartons matching my specifications very quickly.

Very helpful during the design process, and the final product looks great. We will definitely come back to CBD.

Custom Boxes Deals staff were very responsive and took every step to make sure our packaging turned out well! They are bright and beautiful with good saturation of color . Our slim spray products fit perfectly in the designed box!

Excellent and commendable service! I was assisted by Thomas a few weeks ago. My order was very last minute and I needed 200 boxes manufactured, branded and shipped to Florida within 1 week for a big event. Thomas came through for me and my team with beautiful boxes that received a lot of attention and compliments at the event. Thank you so much for the outstanding service Thomas, and the rest of the Custom team! I have Thomas on speed dial for our next orders coming up in 2026.

Other than a few miscommunication throughout the ordering process I had a great experience with this company. They are helpful and making sure that you get what you ordered. However, most importantly the product is good quality and they made sure that it is packaged well so it doesn't get damaged during shipping. I would definitely recommend this company.

Out of all the vendors I talked to, Thomas from Custom Boxes Deals is the most helpful and efficient on communication - they also did an amazing job meeting our deadline with quality works, definitely 100% recommend and hope to work with them again!!

Thomas was so helpful! Our email was back and forth more than 20 times. He was so patient and well explained. Packaging came out earlier than expected and quality was perfect!  I looked for and received quotes from many packaging companies. CBD was one of the inexpensive one. I gave it a try. So glad I made my decision with them. I'll definitely use them again.

I have been working with CBD for a few years now with my soap box and gift set packaging. They are always quick and dependable. Great quality.

We have been working with CBD for a few years now and are always impressed with the quality of boxes we receive. Thomas in customer service is so responsive and kind, and the team of designers are always so helpful. We will continue using this company for our box needs, and would 100% recommend to anyone!

I have been working with Custom Boxes Deals for sometime now on the design of a box for our company light fixture. It was a hard to covey exactly what we needed but I worked with Frank on the process and then Daniel and we were able to get what we wanted and so far I am very happy with the results. Working from home to design this box was not easy but the CBD team helped us create this box and I think our customers are going to love it.

Fast responding with questions and concerns. Boxes look good.

They were very helpful going through all the choices we had with our boxes. Good pricing. Great shipping. Everything you want from a packaging company. Thomas was amazing to deal with.

The team at Custom Boxes Deals were very good about making sure that I got what I needed. They asked plenty of questions and were not upset when I had to make some changes. They followed up to make sure the product arrived safely and as expected. The quality of the product was better than I expected, and they went the extra mile to find me a solution to keeping the box open and shut with some ribbon. I will definitely be ordering Custom Boxes Deals in the future.

Thank you so much, i received my order in timely manner, and they was so helpful in assisting me through the process of my order. I ordered small boxes for my product. I loved the printing quality of the box, and will be ordering some more boxes again.

Five star rating to Custom Boxes Deals.

Their design representative Frank was super accommodating in ensuring that our production went smoothly and delivered on time to meet our deadline.

The quality is superb. We look forward to our next packaging project with them.

I have found Custom Boxes Deals to have excellent and attentive customer service. I have tried working with other packaging suppliers and their communications are abysmal. It is such a relief to know that when I have a question, they will be there to answer. The quality of the merchandise is excellent and they are now my go-to packaging supplier.

This was my first but definitely not last time ordering with CBD for my custom packaging. They walked me through every process to insure everything was going smooth.

I also didn't have a set design in mind and their design team TOTALLY nailed it! I shared some random ideas on the packaging and they did the rest.

No reason to pick anyone else for your custom packaging...10/10

These rigid boxes are exactly what I wanted for my brand. They look stylish, feel durable, and provide good protection for the products inside. The order process was simple, and the team made sure everything was completed according to my requirements.

CBD was a phenomenal partner for a diecut packaging order. They went over-and-above, making delightful suggestions that we hadn't even considered, speedy follow up, and terrific prices.

10/10, will be ordering as many packaging pieces from them as possible in the future. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Custom Boxes Deals. Communication was top notch as well as the quality of their boxes & printing. They really bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the final product and the boxes look gorgeous. I will be doing the rest of my packaging business with them in the future & I'd like to send a special thank-you to Ethan for the outstanding customer service.

Fast response to my emails/orders, production time is quick and I love that the shipping is included already in the cost. Not a 4 star only because of some minor production issues with dust, glue, and hanging chads. Customer service is on top of it with fast response and satisfied outcome.

We bought boxes for our shampoo + conditioner bars and they came out great! Shipping was fast and the quality was better than the last place we ordered. Very happy.

I'm so glad I finally found a go to packaging team. Thomas level of service was present immediately. He offered relevant information up front in anticipation of my questions and clearly and quickly responded to any additional questions I had. I'm thrilled with my boxes. They represent the product so well. Can't wait to ship them.

Have been in talks with Thomas the entire process of creating our packaging and the entire experience has been a breeze. Not only that but the process points were very comparable. If you have come across Custom Boxes Deals you don’t need to search any further. Trust me! Definitely recommend these guys with your business needs. Looking forward to continuing to order and grow with them on future projects. Thanks Thomas. Appreciate you!

Always a great experience with Custom Boxes Deals as its very high quality and quick shipping times. Frank made sure my design met my standards and Danie did a great job with making sure all is good before shipping out the packaging.

10/10 A++

This was our second time working with Thomas on our packaging for our honey products. His communication and professionalism is above most that we have worked with in the past. I highly recommend working with Thomas and Custom Boxes Deals.

The sales associate I worked with was fabulous. Always quick to respond and helped me problem solve our design. The folders I ordered are lovely and exactly what I had envisioned. I would definitely recommend using Custom Boxes Deals.

Communication throughout the process and follow-up afterward were both great! The product was reasonably priced, delivered when promised, and our company is very satisfied with the end result!

Custom Boxes Deals is our go-to box company with fast turnaround and excellent quality. They make the process super easy with outstanding communication.

Working with Custom Boxes Deals has been nothing short of fantastic! The process was easy, the boxes were priced best out of three different companies that I researched and working with Thomas and Frank was excellent. They paid attention to so much detail, down to making sure my fonts were the right shade.
I could not have asked for a better experience! I will definitely be working with them long term!

Honestly Thomas helped me through every step. He was quick with emailing me back with the questions I had and when it came to finalizing the boxes I ordered he was on top of it. I got the boxes quickly in the mail. They are auto bottom/display boxes, the colors are great and the boxes work perfectly. I highly recommend CBD all day!

I cannot express how caring, fast, and helpful Daniel with CBD have been to me this past year. I have referred friends to them and will continue to refer all my friends to this team.

From design send, I get my items within 20 days. If I forget to respond, they're helpful in reminding me which in return helps keep my project moving forward. I appreciate their kindness even through my response delays. I could go on and on. Thank you so much for helping my business grow!

Frank do an amazing job, the packaging was much better than we expected, and for the price it was stellar! The best part was Frank kept up with us ensuring what stages of print we were in and also when it was shipped tracking was provided promptly!

I ordered custom rigid boxes for my products, and the quality was excellent. The boxes feel strong, premium, and professionally made. The printing was also sharp and matched my design perfectly. Delivery arrived on time, and the customer support team kept me updated throughout the process.

I had a really good experience ordering from this company I know it might seem kinda sketchy at first but they hold there word true Samuel Morris was very kind and easy to work with I also liked how informative he was about how everything was being done. Perfectly done I'll be ordering more boxes in the near future.

Custom Boxes Deals team was amazing and helped me through the whole process. Production was quick shipping was even faster. Thanks again to the whole team for the great service.

I highly recommend CBD for the great quality and fair pricing. Frank was the representative that helped me with my order. He was extremely professional and timely. He made placing an order very convenient. I just placed my second order as the quality of the first order exceeded my expectations. I was previously using a different vendor but the packaging had glue marks and had blurry font. The packages I received from CBD was better than I imagined. The font was crisp and clear and the colors were vibrant.

Custom Boxes Deals is the best printer I have ever dealt with. The quality is stunning, no matter what material we choose. Holographic is my favorite so far, allowing my designs to blow the socks off anyone that comes into contact with it!!! Thank you!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!  I WILL REFER EVERY CUSTOMER I HAVE!!!

Custom Boxes Deals did an amazing job designing and producing 1000 boxes for my handmade soaps and bath products. They worked fast and responded to all of my questions and concerns quickly. CBD was uniformly knowledgeable and great to work with. The box design that resulted is perfect and represents by brand perfectly. I am 100 percent happy we used CBD for our job.

Wow!! Custom Boxes Deals made custom boxes with custom foam inserts, plus custom product boxes, for one of our clients. They turned out GORGEOUS!! Our client was beyond happy with the result and so were we! We’ve worked with MANY box manufacturers over the years and this was among the best in terms of the quality of the end result.

Custom Boxes Deals are so easy to work with. I love the emails they send to have design proofed and let me know about my order step by step. I worked with Thomas and Daniel on my recent packaging project. Great communication on their part. There were a few kinks we had to figure out, but Daniel was able to turn my project into a success.

This is my first time ordering custom packaging for my small business and it has been game changing. I used to hand-make boxes for my products but creating my own design has saved me so much time. Now I am excited to explore even more custom ideas! Daniel has been super helpful in bringing my vision to life. I love showing my completed design to my customers, and it makes the experience of buying my art even better!!

Thomas with CBD is a wonderful rep and he makes it very easy to bring a project from start to finish. He will always do the best he can to make any accommodations we might need and is always polite and happy to help and even when we change the design files last minute multiple times, he rolls with the changes and gets the job done for us. We'll continue to send projects to CBD with Thomas as our rep. Thank you!

This was the first time I had a custom box made and Daniel made it a pleasant, efficient experience. He was patient with all my demands and also had me speak directly with one of the designers to made sure everything was specific as possible for the final outcome. Additionally, there was a major delay on my end and Daniel was very patient, even though the project was one hold for a few months. The result are professional, impressive, quality boxes which displays our product perfectly. I'm eager to continue working with CBD for additional projects in the future.

My experience with Custom Boxes Deals has been awesome. They are responsive and prompt and my boxes are perfect.

Daniel helped me and was very helpful and understanding. I'm new to my job with no experience and was tasked to order custom boxes. By the help of  Daniel, I am hoping my manager is happy with the customized boxes and me. Wherever, I work I will always refer my managers to Custom Boxes Deals. Thanks!

The team at CBD was very responsive. They were quick to respond to my emails and the turn around time on the boxes was fast! The first run of boxes did have colors slightly off and they fixed it on the second run.

The cost of the boxes was less than other suppliers. I will say the boxes are a bit on the flimsy side, not super sturdy but perfect for my needs. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The box CBD printed for us was an overall success and we couldn’t be more pleased that they were able to accommodate our unrealistic requests.

Our rep's. professionalism and level of communication were exactly what we needed during a time when there were so many other moving parts and logistics to our overall presentation.

As we are continually pleased with their product and customer service, we will certainly be knocking on their door again in the near future.

Custom Boxes Deals has been an amazing company to work with! I reached out to Custom Boxes Deals a couple of years ago to get some boxes made for our product and they turned out great. We have been coming to Custom Boxes Deals for all of our box needs since. The shipping is also incredibly fast. We typically have any order after proof approval within 10 business days or less.

Thomas and Team was Awesome. They communicated with Me very well throughout the whole process. And overall delivered a Superb Product, exactly what I was looking for. We look forward to future endeavors, with Thomas and Team at Custom Boxes Deals.

The Custom Boxes Deals team were great. They helped with the design work and it met all my expectations. I was able to see the prototype, but what I was really impressed with was the boxes when I received them. They were packaged well and they looked and worked perfectly. Thank you to the whole team and I look forward to another purchase.

We purchased product boxes from this company. Their prices are low compared to many other custom box companies. The boxes are very high quality, and the colors are perfect. We ran into some problems with shipping, but Thomas was excellent at helping us resolve it and get our package!

We look forward to getting boxes from Custom Boxes Deals again.

The people at Custom Boxes Deals were great to work with I was new to the style of packaging they took the time to explain it and offer assistance in each step. A class act. I will use Custom Boxes Deals for my next project.

Highly recommend this business, they were efficient, helpful and speedy. The quality of our boxes is brilliant and the printing is exquisite, it was the first time we produced something like this so the team’s knowledge and help was so valuable. Can’t wait to order again!

We ordered a large quantity of food boxes, and the quality remained consistent throughout the entire order. The boxes were easy to assemble, strong enough for our products, and delivered on schedule. Very satisfied with the service.

This is my second big project with Custom Boxes Deals and I am very happy with my printings. And it is pleasant to work with them. Highly recommended.

The delivery service was fast and reliable. My boxes arrived within the promised timeframe, and the quality was exactly as discussed. Customer support answered all my questions professionally and helped me select the right box size.

The boxes are fantastic! The quality is outstanding, with clean printing, a smooth finish, and accurate sizing. Everything arrived exactly as expected, and the final packaging looks premium. Really pleased with the result!

Not Too Bad
Overall, the color of our boxes was great. The graphics seem to be solid, no fuzziness or issues with the printing. The only thing that seemed to bother me was the way the package was handled (shipping box not the actual purchased boxes). The inside of some of our boxes are dirty looking and it seems like the boxes with gloss laminate are nicked and scratched a bit. We got the boxes fairly fast and the prices are not bad at all.
Customer service is ok. They seem a bit pushy but very pleasant and informative.
Overall we had a good expericence.

It was a pleasure working with this company and specifically with Thomas. They accommodated all my detailed requests and got the perfect high quality product I wanted. Will definitely use them for future projects. I highly recommend working with them!

The boxes turned out better than expected! The quality is excellent, the printing is clean and detailed, and the finish gives a premium feel. The sizing is accurate and the overall packaging looks very professional.

I had a very good experience working with Thomas. He answered all my questions and was always quick getting back to me to make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied with his work. Best of all he design the perfect boxes and got them to me within 10 business days! I’m a very satisfied customer.

Let me first start off sharing that ALL businesses go through changes. I happen to be part of one and my initial efforts to get my order processed was challenging with poor communication and difficulties getting support for my company graphics. Then in stepped Custom Boxes Deals. He was apologetic and went above and beyond to get my art corrected and provided me options that turned out better than expected. The communication was much better and I got my product boxes.

Our company used them them for a job recently and they are absolutely excellent. They communicated clearly and quickly. They over-delivered on the entire job.

The work quality and value is second to none.

We are already doing another project with them.

Communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly supplier. My experience working with Thomas so far has been fantastic. Our custom mailer box, and printed product insert, look better than I expected and the pricing is very fair. Throughout the process, they have done small runs of samples and provided images/video as soon as production was finished for our review. Samples came out great and the professional design proofs/layouts gave us confidence to place a larger order.

They made custom designs that perfectly captured the aesthetic my company was going for! I am very impressed by the quality, service, and professionalism. I already told my sister who owns a cafe to use custom boxes deals as well for her to-go cups, take home bags, and sandwich packaging.

Fantastic packaging quality! The boxes look elegant, the design came out perfectly, and the finishing is excellent. The attention to detail is impressive, and the final boxes look even better than the original sample.

I had a great experience with Custom Boxes Deals. This was my first time ever creating my own branded packaging,  They were patient, explained the process thoroughly and the delivery was quick. Communication was excellent. I will definitely order from CBD again, and I highly recommend them.
