Customer service was very friendly and courteous, they made sure my order was right and followed up on several occasions to ensure my order was accurate and that I was satisfied as a consumer. Fast response to my emails/orders, production time is quick and I love that the shipping is included already in the cost. Not a 4 star only because of some minor production issues with dust, glue, and hanging chads. Customer service is on top of it with fast response and satisfied outcome.

Not Too Bad
Overall, the color of our boxes was great. The graphics seem to be solid, no fuzziness or issues with the printing. The only thing that seemed to bother me was the way the package was handled (shipping box not the actual purchased boxes). The inside of some of our boxes are dirty looking and it seems like the boxes with gloss laminate are nicked and scratched a bit. We got the boxes fairly fast and the prices are not bad at all.
Customer service is ok. They seem a bit pushy but very pleasant and informative.
Overall we had a good expericence.
