Thomas has been a delight to work with from start to finish, responding to my many questions and requests. He worked well with my graphic designer to get us a gorgeous luxury packaging product for our premium fudge product. Whenever there was an issue, he was there to walk through it with us and ensure it resolved. ETAs were not consistent but when multiple parties are involved in getting the packaging to us I suppose some delays are bound to occur.

The Custom Boxes Deals team were great. They helped with the design work and it met all my expectations. Overall, the color of our boxes was great. The graphics seem to be solid, no fuzziness or issues with the printing. The only thing that seemed to bother me was the way the package was handled (shipping box not the actual purchased boxes). The inside of some of our boxes are dirty looking and it seems like the boxes with gloss laminate are nicked and scratched a bit. We got the boxes fairly fast and the prices are not bad at all.
Customer service is ok. They seem a bit pushy but very pleasant and informative.
Overall we had a good expericence.
