Came back for more! My soap boxes received so many complements that when I decided on candle boxes there was no question that I would contact Daniel, my Custom Boxes Deals specialist. This was my second order from CBD. The boxes are for a glass oval shaped candle vessel. I am amazed at how well the box fits with only sending measurements and photos. The locking bottom of the box is secure enough that I am definitely comfortable for the safety of my glass candles. The design is exactly what I imagined and the printing on the box is very clear. Daniel was so knowledgeable and prompt in replying to all of my emails. He made sure to keep me informed during each step. Daniel made the process so easy. Can't wait to get them out in my product line!

Not Too Bad
Overall, the color of our boxes was great. The graphics seem to be solid, no fuzziness or issues with the printing. The only thing that seemed to bother me was the way the package was handled (shipping box not the actual purchased boxes). The inside of some of our boxes are dirty looking and it seems like the boxes with gloss laminate are nicked and scratched a bit. We got the boxes fairly fast and the prices are not bad at all.
Customer service is ok. They seem a bit pushy but very pleasant and informative.
Overall we had a good expericence.
