Not Too Bad
Overall, the color of our boxes was great. The graphics seem to be solid, no fuzziness or issues with the printing. The only thing that seemed to bother me was the way the package was handled (shipping box not the actual purchased boxes). The inside of some of our boxes are dirty looking and it seems like the boxes with gloss laminate are nicked and scratched a bit. We got the boxes fairly fast and the prices are not bad at all.
Customer service is ok. They seem a bit pushy but very pleasant and informative.
Overall we had a good expericence.

Quality of the product was outstanding and we loved the result! We had a small mismatch with one of the images on the boxes but Daniel was great at understanding our request and making it happen for us. Customer service was on point for him!

I happen to be part of one and my initial efforts to get my order processed was challenging with poor communication and difficulties getting support for my company graphics. Came back for more! My soap boxes received so many complements that when I decided on candle boxes there was no question that I would contact Daniel, my Custom Boxes Deals specialist. This was my second order from CBD. The boxes are for a glass oval shaped candle vessel. I am amazed at how well the box fits with only sending measurements and photos.
