Response time can be a little slow at times, but overall the experience was very good. When they got our order wrong, they did not fuss about it and sent the correct one as requested.

The sales associate I worked with was fabulous. Always quick to respond and helped me problem solve our design. The folders I ordered are lovely and exactly what I had envisioned. I would definitely recommend using Custom Boxes Deals.

Overall, the color of our boxes was great. The graphics seem to be solid, no fuzziness or issues with the printing. The only thing that seemed to bother me was the way the package was handled (shipping box not the actual purchased boxes). The inside of some of our boxes are dirty looking and it seems like the boxes with gloss laminate are nicked and scratched a bit. We got the boxes fairly fast and the prices are not bad at all.
Customer service is ok. They seem a bit pushy but very pleasant and informative.
Overall we had a good expericence.
