My third order!! Once again, Daniel has easily helped me through the designing and purchasing process. The boxes are exactly what I envisioned. The quality of the boxes give me the comfort in knowing my candles are well protected. My company logo, design and print flows seamlessly through three different style of boxes I have gotten through CBD. I receive so many complements on the boxes and how they present my products. Great result: the boxes look really good and delivery was exceptionally fast. There was a little confusion about colors in the beginning but it all got resolved.

Not Too Bad
Overall, the color of our boxes was great. The graphics seem to be solid, no fuzziness or issues with the printing. The only thing that seemed to bother me was the way the package was handled (shipping box not the actual purchased boxes). The inside of some of our boxes are dirty looking and it seems like the boxes with gloss laminate are nicked and scratched a bit. We got the boxes fairly fast and the prices are not bad at all.
Customer service is ok. They seem a bit pushy but very pleasant and informative.
Overall we had a good expericence.

Other than a few miscommunication throughout the ordering process I had a great experience with this company. They are helpful and making sure that you get what you ordered. However, most importantly the product is good quality and they made sure that it is packaged well so it doesn't get damaged during shipping. I would definitely recommend this company.

Thomas has been a delight to work with from start to finish, responding to my many questions and requests. He worked well with my graphic designer to get us a gorgeous luxury packaging product for our premium fudge product. Whenever there was an issue, he was there to walk through it with us and ensure it resolved. ETAs were not consistent but when multiple parties are involved in getting the packaging to us I suppose some delays are bound to occur.

Came back for more! My soap boxes received so many complements that when I decided on candle boxes there was no question that I would contact Daniel, my Custom Boxes Deals specialist. This was my second order from CBD. The boxes are for a glass oval shaped candle vessel. I am amazed at how well the box fits with only sending measurements and photos. The locking bottom of the box is secure enough that I am definitely comfortable for the safety of my glass candles. The design is exactly what I imagined and the printing on the box is very clear.
