I happen to be part of one and my initial efforts to get my order processed was challenging with poor communication and difficulties getting support for my company graphics. This was my first time using this company for my plant-based foods company packaging. I got the seal end brownie boxes printed and they came out great. High quality printing and they were delivered before the estimated deadline. I did have to pay a tariff fee, but the total price was still good.

Came back for more! My soap boxes received so many complements that when I decided on candle boxes there was no question that I would contact Daniel, my Custom Boxes Deals specialist. This was my second order from CBD. The boxes are for a glass oval shaped candle vessel. I am amazed at how well the box fits with only sending measurements and photos. The locking bottom of the box is secure enough that I am definitely comfortable for the safety of my glass candles. The design is exactly what I imagined and the printing on the box is very clear. Daniel was so knowledgeable and prompt in replying to all of my emails. He made sure to keep me informed during each step. Daniel made the process so easy.
